What about the products we use on your bike? High quality filters, Wurth lubricants and Motul oils are just a start.
Or our personal favourite feature the big window. The big window from our air-conditioned service lounge looks directly into our workshop where you can observe your pride and joy undergoing it's health checks and services.
Want a loan bike? Yep we can do that for all major service work or dyno tuning jobs. It's totally free as well, and only $15 a day for smaller or more long term jobs.
If you have completed a qride course with us you will be a 10% off for life member of our shop which means you will receive 10% off every bill for all purchases for life.
The entire focus of our shop was to create an environment that is all motorcycles, run by motorcyclists to benefit motorcyclists. We are a big family and encourage you to ask questions and we will even let you speak to the technician that worked on your bike so you get the true ins and outs of the job that you will never get at a dealership.

Motorcycle Smash Repairs
In our smash repairs department, we take on all work from small drops on uninsured motorcycles trying to save as much money and get the job done as cheap as possible, right through to being an approved repairer through all major insurance companies and offering the best possible repair imaginable. With our insurance work we try not to have any parts repaired or painted, which isn't always the preferred option with your insurance however it guarantees your bike is as close to brand new as it was in the dealership.
It has never been our focus to get your bike back as quick as possible, it was always the focus to make sure our quote was comprehensive and in depth so any hidden underlying issues are addressed initially and you don't have to continue bringing your bike back for repairs, as one of our staff members had explained their smash repair process to be. Having all worked in the industry we have experienced all of the best and worst things the motorcycle trade has to offer and tried to build a business around the things we loved rather than the things we hated.

Motorcycle Major Service
Includes: Valve clearances check/adjust; Throttle body sync; Flush and replace engine oil; Replace oil filter; Replace spark plugs; Clean/replace air filter; Flush and replace coolant; Braking/abs replace brake fluid and bleed system; Check, adjust, clean and lube chain; Lube all pivot points/cables; Check charging system; Check all electronics; Check tyre pressures and adjust; Test ride and full final check of bike.
OPTIONAL UPGRADE: Dyno diagnostics in which we read air fuel ratios and report of engine health at 20, 50 and 100% throttle.
Motorcycle Minor Service
Includes: Flush and replace engine oil; Replace oil filter; Check, adjust, clean and lube chain; Lube all pivot points/cables; Check braking system / abs system; Check cooling system; Check charging system; Check all electronics; Check tyre pressures and adjust; Test ride and full final check of bike.
